Welcome to florypraviorvyn.lat. By accessing our website and engaging our furniture restoration services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms By using the services provided by VV Savor Wonders Co., Ltd., you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Vietnamese law.
2. Scope of Services VV Savor Wonders provides professional furniture repair, upholstery, and refinishing services. While we strive for perfection, the final result of any restoration depends heavily on the age, material quality, and prior condition of the item. We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are structurally beyond safe repair.
3. Quotes and Payments
- Estimates: Online quotes are non-binding estimates based on user-provided photos. Final pricing is confirmed only after physical inspection.
- Deposits: A deposit of 50% is required before work commences on any project.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service or delivery of the item.
4. Pickup and Delivery
- We offer pickup and delivery services within Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding provinces.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the furniture can fit through doorways, elevators, or stairwells. We are not responsible for architectural limitations at the delivery site.
5. Customer Warranty We provide a 12-month limited warranty on structural repairs (e.g., joint stabilization). This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, extreme humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Natural aging of leather or fabric materials.
6. Limitation of Liability VV Savor Wonders Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel an order within 24 hours of the deposit payment for a full refund. Cancellations made after work or material sourcing has begun may result in a partial or total loss of the deposit.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
